Look no further - Windy River Farm is most definitely where you want your wedding to be! I helped coordinate my niece’s wedding there last September and she and her husband truly had a wedding that dreams are made of.
I'm watching Brittany's tour video of Windy River Farm on Emily's phone and I am BESIDE MYSELF. WHAT AN AMAZING VENUE, ONLY 6 HOURS FROM NYC. You can literally see Canada from the gorgeous wrap around deck. All that wood! Wowa wee wa! If I could marry Emily again it would be here! The chandeliers! The wood!
There are not enough positive words to describe our experience at Windy River Farm. This is no ordinary wedding barn, the attention to detail is unmatched. The venue and grounds are breathtaking. There are so many great spaces to utilize throughout, it will be difficult to chose.
We had or wedding here 10/4/25 and to say it was anything short of perfect would be an injustice. Marion and her husband are wonderful people and they do an amazing job with the barn, the grounds, the decor and evberything else.
Getting married at Windy River Farm

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
