From the reviews
I have been to Windsong Acres many times, both for events and for pottery classes. The grounds are beautiful in every season! Whether you are attending a wedding, a bridal shower, a retirement party, or a stained glass class, you will feel welcomed and at home at Windsong Acres.
A beautiful venue with so many memorable spots interwoven throughout. As a photographer this makes for endless opportunities to photograph your couples. The owner were very nice, and they build everything themselves. I can’t wait to see what this place looks like when it’s all buttoned up.
Our son and his bride were married there this weekend. This venue is a stunning and perfect place for a beautiful wedding. Jeff is so kind and accommodating to the needs of the groom and bride and family. The grounds are immaculate and they take so much pride in keeping their venue neat and clean.
Pastor Rasche has a beautiful venue that he continues to develop. Currently, I'm taking stained glass classes out there and the experience has been amazing. The group is peaceful, the space serene. I can't wait to see it in the Spring and Summer.
Getting married at Windsong Acres
Windsong Acres comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Windsong Acres
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Windsong Acres — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
