Out of a 5 I would give this venue a 10 for Colo, Iowa. It was exactly what was needed for a lunch after my sister's funeral service. On a very short notice, the owner, Sharon Wilson, was able to accommodate a group of 40 people with perfection. The tables were decorated and arranged per CDC guidelines.
Willow Brook Barn is a beautiful place to hold an event.It has plenty of room for small concerts as what I attended. There was a planned dinner event before our concert event and the two didn't seem to conflict at all. And all was held in the same large room. Rearrangement was done very quickly, and spaced very nicely.
Attended an auction here. Wilson Auction in Colo. He's a man who has it figured out! Great sale, keeps things moving, brisk bidding. Willowbrook Barn is a BEAUTIFUL NEW venue ! Spacious, lots of seating, Clean. Nice restrooms. It would be beautiful for a wedding, parties, get- togethers of any sort.
If My love my wife Tiffany Ann Mickles-Charlton wasn't still being held against her will by Daniel Hartman, Brittany Hartman, and Marry Hartman-Ross my time line for places would be more cought up. Mr. Wilson's auctions and now weddings is still the best place to sell and buy stuff.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
