Unique wedding and event venue located in central NC. Rustic, with lots of amenities and features that are flexible for your needs. One thing in particular is the house. Pretty cool to have an on-site place to stay! Diane, the owner, is friendly.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The venue was affordable, very accommodating, and the owners were easy to work with! There are several different areas on the property to have your ceremony and each have a very different style for whatever you’re looking for. The scenery is beautiful itself, so minimal decoration is needed.
We had our wedding at Wild Rock a few weeks ago and were so satisfied with everything! 10 out of 10 would recommend. My husband Nathan and I chose to exchange our vows at Wild Rock Farm ( I confess seeing the donkeys sealed the deal for me) I love that there are several ceremony space options. ( though to me why wouldn't you choose the barn first) Diane was very helpful and responsive to our questions.
Getting married at Wild Rock Farm
Wild Rock Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
