From the reviews
I’ve always dreamed of a garden wedding with a beautiful white barn to getting married in. When we first started looking for venues I found the Wayfarer and knew this was the place. We had a few venues picked out but once we were at the Farm I couldn’t even remember the names of the other venues.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience getting married at Crockett Farm! Kelly, Erica, and the rest of their team were absolutely incredible. They took care of our set up, coordination, rentals, and flowers (including staying in such great communication with us leading up to the wedding) and my…
We had our mini-wedding at the Wayfarer last month and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Had there not been a global pandemic, we truly wouldn't have had to worry about a thing. Kelly and Erica are detail-oriented, professional, and kind.
The venue is absolutely stunning and we knew we wanted to get married there as soon as we got there for the initial tour. Getting married at the end of May, we weren’t sure what the weather would be like and their back up location was just as beautiful as the outdoor space!
Getting married at Whidbey Island Weddings
Whidbey Island Weddings comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
