From the reviews
1st time visitor at Warehouse 535 recently for a wedding reception. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived! This place is beautiful! "Warehouse" naming is well-placed, as this venue has an old rustic warehouse vibe with very elegant design and decor for fancier occasions.
Warehouse 535 was a great choice for our wedding ceremony and reception. It’s accessible for all guests, parking is easy, and the venue is laid out perfectly. The venue offers just about everything you could need or want for your event in house and makes planning much less stressful. Mrs.
The staff were very friendly. The set up for the wedding was perfect. Bartender and DJ were phenomenal. Very punctual with time and making sure the bride and groom had their entire time.
Denise and her team at Warehouse 535 provided a five-star experience for our wedding. They were professional, accommodating, and ensured everything went smoothly. The venue itself has great character, adding to the overall charm of our special day.
Getting married at Warehouse 535
Warehouse 535 comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Warehouse 535
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Warehouse 535 — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
