2.24.24 The best day of our lives 💙 I cannot say enough about this venue!! Seriously! The owner Carl is fantastic truly a great guy to work with I can’t count the number of times he dropped what he was doing to answer the questions I had already asked three times now 😂😂 I also want to add that Carl is very…
Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding there in June 2023. The venue itself is in a beautiful setting out in the country. The chapel is quaint & Peaceful. Reception area is rustic in appearance and you can decorate it to match your style. We had the dinner rehearsal in the wine room.
We cannot say thank you enough for the services and hospitality Wagon Springs Ranch has shown us the last several months! Carl and his staff exceeded expectations and went above and beyond for us. We utilized the Wine Room, suites, outdoor stage and dance hall. Everything was so beautiful, organized and neat.
Wagon Springs Ranch is a hidden gem in Burnet. I am so thankful we found them to host our wedding ceremony there. This venue is amazing. Beautiful property with spectacular views, affordable, and convenient. The owners, Heather and Carl are really easy to work with and they are very accommodating to guests needs.
Getting married at Wagon Springs Ranch
Wagon Springs Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Wagon Springs Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Wagon Springs Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
