From the reviews
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Villa at the Vineyard. The space and grounds are gorgeous and Amanda, the venue director, was fantastic to work with. I can't say enough good things about her or the venue! The space itself is beautiful.
My husband and I had our wedding here a couple of months ago. There are many aspects about this place that make it unique, which is why we chose it after a year-long search for the right venue. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.
Do not book a venue UNTIL you have seen Villa at the Vineyard! This venue is a must-see in the Texas Hill country area and one that your guests will surely be praising you for! Consider these points: * Location: VATV is only a half-hour away from downtown Austin.
We hosted two events at The Villa at the Vineyard and had a truly wonderful experience. The venue is absolutely stunning—elegant, scenic, and the perfect backdrop for our celebrations.
Getting married at Villa at the Vineyard
Villa at the Vineyard comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Villa at the Vineyard
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Villa at the Vineyard — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
