From the reviews
Great ranch in a very scenic environment! Gives you the opportunity to create the experience you want, appreciated the possibility for a shorter stay. Housing is nice, food is great and the people running it is friendly, helpful and caring. Close to the airport. Worked great for me who traveled solo.
We just did a long girls weekend at Vee Bar ranch and it was an absolute blast! From the gorgeous Wyoming scenery, to the friendly and experienced service from the staff and the Wranglers; to the once in a life time experiences, we loved everything about it.
Our time at the Vee Bar was truly an unforgettable adventure. From the warm, welcoming staff to the delicious food, fun activities, and the incredible Vee Bar family, everything made the experience top-notch.
The Vee Bar has a ton of rustic charm, is very comfortable and accommodating, has a lot of little touches that really make you feel valued as a guest, but the service is where they stand out. From reservations, to the waitstaff at meals, and anything you need in between, they are extremely attentive and helpful.
Getting married at Vee Bar Guest Ranch
Vee Bar Guest Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Vee Bar Guest Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Vee Bar Guest Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
