Beautiful venue in a remodeled early 1900's barn! My sons and I held a celebration of life for their dad the 2nd week of August. The barn is located 8 minutes off the freeway. The barn was able to easily accommodate over 135 guests. The garage doors open to create an easy flow to the outside area.
Absolutely stunning wedding venue with charm surrounding you everywhere! The location is ideal with only being 10 minutes off the freeway and within 5-10 minutes of tons of Airbnbs as well as hotels making it convenient for guests.
If you are looking for a barn wedding north of Seattle this is it. As a wedding DJ this is a space has great flow, I was able to have speakers project inside for dinner and then outside for dance. The out door patio is perfect for dancing and the door opens wide to make a seamless transition.
This is an event rental center. Owners were so kind and accommodating with us and our event vendors. If you are hosting a larger party or wedding this is a great place. Separate upstairs for ceremony / main event with a downstairs for food service / reception and dancing.

Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
