A really nice venue for weddings, reunions, parties, or any gathering you feel needs a relaxed atmosphere. A large space that overlooks the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, this little retreat features a house, a barn, an ample concrete pad, and lots of green space.
Thornfield Plantation is amazing! You don’t even have to lift a finger! They have all the vendors there for you.. so that’s 100% stress free! Caterers, Photography, videography, hair and makeup artist you name it!!
One of the most beautiful places to have a wedding or company event. The staff are superb, and the accommodations second to none! Please treat yourself you will remember this landmark for the rest of your life!
Had our daughter's wedding at Thornfield Plantation this past weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The venue is beautiful. The house and amenities are all you could hope for. Joel and his staff are amazing. He was always so quick to respond to questions.
