From the reviews
I cannot say enough good things about Crossroads at Thomas Family Farms. Most important is Becky. She is a jewel to work with. So helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The venue is gorgeous. You can get away with minimal decorating because it is so beautiful. And it is better priced than most venues in the area.
We love coming to events here! In August we went to the Sunflower Festival and that was a lot of fun. The day we went, they were also doing a butterfly release, which was cool to watch. The Thomas family was present for that too! We came to the farm last year too for the Haunted Hayride and that was awesome!
We went to visit their sunflower field and it was an amazing experience. They also have fun hayrides and give 1 sunflower free per person. Cute props for photos available too. Would highly recommend!!!
Fun little place! Kept very clean and nice, lots to do! The kids had a lot of fun! No outside food or beverages though, which sucks for those that have food allergies, I didn't see very many options for gluten free. Tons of places to sit. They do sell alcohol, I believe wine and beers. Lots of fun little things to do.
Getting married at Thomas Family Farm
Thomas Family Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Thomas Family Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Thomas Family Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
