From the reviews
The Willow was an absolute dream for our August wedding!! We had the best time sharing this beautiful venue with our loved ones. From start to finish, the whole experience went so smoothly.
Very charming venue with sweeping views of the fields. Attended a wedding here and was impressed with the layout, parking and peaceful simplicity of the whole space. While the Willow trees were beautiful, there is no shade in the actual ceremony spot and on a 90* day it was miserably hot.
The most beautiful venue with the sweetest owners! The large event space is so gorgeous and the open fields surrounding the venue makes it feel extremely private and the perfect space for dancing and celebrating the night away.
We loved getting married at The Willow! They have everything you could want in a venue. The owners are very flexible and super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend the option to stay at the house on-site!
Getting married at The Willow | Premier Wedding Venue of Tri-Cities Wa
The Willow | Premier Wedding Venue of Tri-Cities Wa comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Willow | Premier Wedding Venue of Tri-Cities Wa
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Willow | Premier Wedding Venue of Tri-Cities Wa — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
