Corey, Morgan, Pam and the entire staff that helped with our wedding at The Willow went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was an absolute dream!! They were so accommodating, kind, and wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend them enough!
Having our wedding at the Willow was a beautiful experience. The Willow is bright, cheery, clean and modern. Best of all, having your wedding at the Willow comes with a wedding day coordinator, which is a MUST!! Morgan responded to every email in literally less than five minutes.
The Willow is an absolute dream wedding venue! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Cory and Mindi poured their hearts into creating a space that is not only breathtakingly beautiful but also thoughtfully designed to make every couple’s day unforgettable.
Getting married at The Willow
The Willow comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Willow
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Willow — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
