From the reviews
Scott is absolutely amazing and so is his property! I even had guests telling me the same. He makes you feel like you are a part of the family immediately and is always there if you need anything at all without feeling like he's hovering. Seriously the best experience I could have asked for ,for our Wedding!
Attended a very enjoyable family outdoor wedding here. Wedding had all the festivities. Reception with dance was inside a barn.
Wilderness of Turkey Creek is a wonderful place to have a wedding.Scott the owner, went above n beyond for my daughter and I can't thank him enough. Was a wonderful experience wonderful event all around. But Scott went out of his way to help n offer advice, I just can't express how much we appreciated him.
My daughter and now son-in-law got married here last weekend on a stormy day. It was their dream to have an outside ceremony and Scott made it happen when we were fortune to have a break in the weather. Scott was very helpful from the first tour to the wedding day. This is a beautiful venue and the owners are amazing.
Getting married at The Wilderness at Turkey Creek
The Wilderness at Turkey Creek comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
