My husband and I got married here on October 11th, 2025 and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. From the moment we toured, Derek and Jacy were so warm and welcoming. I was in awe of the beauty of the venue as well as the intent and thoughtfulness they put into the venue when building it.
We had a wonderful experience at this wedding venue. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with the new chapel being perfect for our ceremony and the reception hall on point. It was clean and well-prepared, making it easy for us to set up and feel comfortable on our special day.
This was the perfect venue for our wedding! The owners were so kind and accommodating from the time we first toured the property to after we checked out. We were able to use their newly built venue space, which looked amazing, and had all the space we needed for our vendors to set up and for our guests to enjoy…
Excellent! Our experience at Whitewood Ranch this past weekend was an absolute joy. The beautiful venue was the perfect place for our son and his new wife. They wanted relaxed, woodsy, with a touch of elegance. This venue proved to be all of this and more.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
