I’m a photographer that is based in Baton Rouge and let me tell you. This venue is amazing! They’re super sweet, can do so many in-house options, are always serving their clients with a smile, and their place is just beautiful!

Let me just tell you - this venue is AMAZING! I am a wedding photographer based in Baton Rouge so I've had the opportunity to shoot at nearly every venue. This one is exceptional. Not only are they great to us vendors but they have treated all of my couples with professionalism and such caring.
I was married here in 2017. It was an absolute dream. The venue is breathtaking & the food was phenomenal. The owner is a sweetheart & prioritized making our wedding planning easy. We booked all of the guests cottages for our wedding party.
Getting married at The White Magnolia
The White Magnolia comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
