My first time visiting and I was totally impressed. What a gorgeous venue to have a wedding reception at, especially the outside garden tent that has a beautiful view of the pond. It was very unique and picturesque. They had a nice assortment of appetizers, sandwiches and pizzas you could order.
We attended a meet and greet after my cousins rehearsal dinner. The venue is wonderful. There are appetizers, sandwiches and salads. There was live music, one venue had a fire! The staff was friendly and the new owners are excited to start their lives together providing the perfect place for this communities events.
My team from Complete Weddings has worked at Weingarten many times and they're incredible. They ready to lend a hand to show our DJs where to set up, provide a timeline for our photographer and they work their butts off for their couples.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Weingarten on 9.29.23. The ceremony site was incredibly beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect for our small, intimate ceremony. The grounds of the venue provided space for many different photos for the photographer to capture the most amazing shots.
Getting married at The Weingarten
The Weingarten comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
