From the reviews
Beautiful chapel for a wedding. Kind and friendly pastor with beautiful landscaping and historic building.
Robert Dennis was very accommodating and made everything as smooth and possible. He had props for photos and many photo ideas from the bridal suite photos, ringing the bell, and photos at the swing under the oak tree. He organized the party, helped set up music and phones for videos.
I had the best wedding ever with the best venue owner ever! it is a beautiful location with the most accommodating and understanding owner ever! I am so glad I found this place and that I was able to have my wedding here!
Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my elopement. Robert is so sweet and funny. He got plenty of pictures of us inside the chapel. Ringing the bell after the ceremony was such a unique and fun experience.
Getting married at The Wedding Chapel at Walnut Grove
The Wedding Chapel at Walnut Grove comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
