Cannot say enough good things about this venue and Kathy. Co-hosted a baby shower here and it was perfect. We rented the carriage house/courtyard and did have access to a portion of main house (bathroom, kitchen, atrium).
We recently celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 at Victorian House of Hutto. She's a theater kid and wanted to do a Murder Mystery dinner for her party. I am so glad we found this venue. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and the owner could probably make money just opening it up for tours.
