From the reviews
My husband and I were recently married at the Union Exchange the end of March. Kacie and Kelly were a dream to work with. The responsiveness, attention to detail, helpfulness, patience, and beautiful venue grounds are why I am giving Union Exchange five stars.
Beautiful location for hosting events, enjoy a farm/local market, and hang out with the kids. You will enjoy relaxing and slowing down at The Union Exchange. We went for a pet adoption event with the family, and we were really surprised by all the things we could do.
I cannot say enough good things about the Union Exchange!! My husband and I got married there this past September and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone who works there treats you like family and truly cares. They went above and beyond and I’m so happy we chose the Union Exchange for our venue.
Decided to check out the Union Exchange about 10 minute from our house. This place was amazing on a warm winter day kids love petting the animals and bought some stuff in the store. Very well spread out across the property so we didn't feel like we were close to others even when it was slightly crowded.
Getting married at The Union Exchange
The Union Exchange comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Union Exchange
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Union Exchange — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
