From the reviews
Suppose you're looking for a fairytale setting in the tranquility of the countryside. In that case, The Silo provides everything a bride and groom could want for such a ceremony. My son married his bride at The Silo last weekend.
The Silo on 74th was the perfect wedding venue! The initial venue I had chosen was shut down and I had to scramble to find a new venue. I was pretty bummed but I came across The Silo and luckily they still had my date available! Everything about the venue was perfect including the owner.
Honestly, not only is the venue beautiful and ABSOLUTELY worth every penny, but Monica and Tracy are some of the nicest most genuine people I've ever met. For them, it isn't just about running a business but they truly care about the families that they work with and make the experience magical.
This is a beautiful location for the perfect wedding! Monica is a wonderful person to work with and she embraces the bride and groom as if they were her own children getting married. The farmhouse and silo are just to perfect for those perfect picture moments!
Getting married at The Silo on 74th
The Silo on 74th comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
