Cannot say enough about this venue!!! My son got married in Cookeville a couple of weeks ago. His wife's parents used this venue and it was nothing short of amazing!!!! We had the grounds from Thursday to Sunday and it was perfect. The airbnb, the pool, the grounds, the barn, the loft....we used them all.
My daughter chose this event facility for her wedding. I can't say enough about it! Suzanne was amazing from day one! The facility and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous! There were numerous location options for the wedding, the reception, the bridal parties, the rehearsal, etc.
We used the Saltbox this weekend as our wedding venue and it was perfect. Suzanne, the owner is fantastic!!! She helps bring all visions to life and is so accommodating. Spectacular host and keeps the grounds looking immaculate. Nestled away off of main roads surrounded by greens and greenery.
We had my daughter’s wedding at the Salt Box, and it was beautiful. Suzanne was very helpful prior to and during the wedding and reception. Since then, we have had several other events there, as well.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
