From the reviews
I cannot say enough great things about The Preserve at Chocorua. This property is picture perfect and the staff is even better. We had our wedding here in May of 2025. TPC went above and beyond for us.
Amazing place and goegeous grounds. I just attended a wedding there where 52 people stayed at the property. The venue was gorgeous and accommodated over 250 people. The rooms in the main house are nice (but be aware the hallways get confusing 😆). The cottages are super cute and comfortable.
The Preserve at Chocorua was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. From the moment we toured, we knew this was the venue for us—not just because of the stunning setting, but because of the people. Every single person we worked with was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our wedding weekend special.
Words cannot describe how truly magical this property is. I looked at over 15 venues in person, and even more online… and each time I kept coming back to this one. We knew we wanted a “weekend wedding” where all our closest friends/family could stay and that is exactly what we got here.
Getting married at The Preserve at Chocorua
The Preserve at Chocorua comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
