Had my wedding yesterday! Their accommodation was amazing, they worked with us with everything that we needed! Dallas who coordinated everything was heaven sent. Everything ran smoothly and she was super personable and we had a blast! Hopefully in the future we can do a baby shower here too!
If you are looking for a wedding venue on the outskirts of Charlotte look no further. The Oaks has everything you are looking for and more. Not to mention the help of Dallas and Michele, they just go above and beyond. Greg and I chose to have our wedding at The Oaks Events and it was everything we dreamed of.
If you want an absolutely stunning, super convenient venue, with people that will make your wedding day as close to stress free as possible and everything you could ever want, The Oaks Events is the absolute place for you.
Michele is AMAZING and her venue is absolutely PERFECT! My husband and I got married at The Oaks September 23, 2017 and we are so thankful we stumbled upon this gem of a location.
Getting married at The Oaks Events
The Oaks Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
