The setting
“This gem, tucked into the river valley and pecan orchards is a quaint little spot for boutique and micro events (they host larger events too).”

“The venue and the views around it are breathtaking and something you would never expect to see in or around El Paso.”
From the reviews
AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR YOUR WEDDING. We had a June wedding and the trees and fields were growing, the mountains in the distance had the perfect purple hue, and the house where you get ready is decorated to picture perfection. There are separate rooms to get dressed.
This venue was everything we could have hoped for and more. The venue and the views around it are breathtaking and something you would never expect to see in or around El Paso. Yes, the venue is a bit out of the way but it’s worth every mile. The owners of this venue are some of the best people you will ever meet.
We found this gem during COVID and my now husband and I, had an intimate picnic to celebrate his birthday. Little did we know, years later, it be the same place where we tied the knot! To all the future brides out there: if you need a sign to get married here, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!
Preciosa casa, muy bonita. Fui invitada a éste sábado pasado (agosto 14, 2021). Claro, el cóctel, cena y recepción fue afuera, dentro de una carpa, muy diferente, al aire libre enmedio de sembradíos.
Getting married at The Meadows Estate Weddings & Events
The Meadows Estate Weddings & Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Meadows Estate Weddings & Events
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Meadows Estate Weddings & Events — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
