From the reviews
We attended a wedding reception there, and the facility is amazing! We own and operate a bed and breakfast and event center in Central Utah, so I really appreciated the facility's grandeur and condition.
We had an excellent time here! I was shocked to see that a a wedding reception because I thought there were just shopping malls. The facility here is well maintained and there is plenty of parking for any size party you want to throw. The view over the valley and the setting sun is pretty remarkable as well.
I had a greet friend get married here. This place is remarkable. Well kept bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Romantic ambience. When I get married I’m most likely going to have my reception here.
The Lodge is the most beautiful venue, and the owners are so wonderful! 10/10 recommend. I had my music recital here and the acoustics were amazing!
Getting married at The Lodge at Traverse Mountain
The Lodge at Traverse Mountain comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Lodge at Traverse Mountain
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Lodge at Traverse Mountain — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
