My niece's wedding was held at the HydeAway Venue in Beloit, Ohio on Saturday. The event venue is spectacular and only out done by the Martig family and their staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The original plan was for the ceremony to take place outside and the reception inside.
My husband and I were the first wedding The Hydeaway hosted. Nat and her entire team made our dream wedding come true. From the very first meeting to the endless texts and emails sent to Nat she made sure everything went flawlessly. We are truly so blessed to have shared our special day with The Hydeaway.
Our daughter’s wedding and reception were held at The Hydeaway Venue. It is a beautiful facility with everything we needed for a beautiful ceremony and a great reception! Natela and John are a pleasure to work with and conduct their business with professionalism and integrity. Their staff is friendly and helpful!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! This was the most beautiful venue for our wedding. Nat was so helpful and great to work with. The HydeAway offers so many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Definitely would recommend to ANYONE!!
Getting married at The HydeAway Venue
The HydeAway Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
