From the reviews
Beautiful event venue in Marion county. Lodge / farm style atmosphere is enchanting for a wedding.
What a great place! Hosted a family wedding here. Great accommodations have close family stay on site and a bridal cabin for the couple. A large professional kitchen for easy prep. Large receiving rooms work great for groom's dinner, cocktail hour, buffet and/or bar.
OMG..as the driver of today's wedding of FX Limousine Service l was actually blowed away by this venue. As l drove up to the parking area l was warmly greeted by the owner (sorry l didn't get your name) but he was indeed a true gent. He insisted l drove up on the grass to wait for my bridal party. What a pic op it was.
Beautiful place. Well taken care of. Owner very friendly. Large professional kitchen. We enjoyed my daughters wedding there. Good choice of venues!
Getting married at The Homestead at Zion
The Homestead at Zion comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
