From the reviews
My husband and I had our wedding at the Ranch this last weekend, and it was WONDERFUL!! Everyone loved it there and the staff was fantastic! I can’t thank them enough for making our wedding weekend such an enjoyable experience.
One of the many excellent surprises to be found on the Mount Lemmon Highway leading from Oracle to Summerhaven, the back way to Mt. Lemmon. Drive a short mile beyond the Zipline and you'll spin around a hairpin turn to suddenly see an old-time ranch complete with its own bunkhouse, historic ranch headquarters, fresh…
Amazing scenery for the whole family. Pool table, darts, basketball and playground. Great for weddings or weekend getaways. Make reservations in advance to accommodate. Peppersauce cave & Arizona Zipline adventures close by. As well as, shopping, food and entertainment. This place should be on everyone's bucket list.
Not sure what is going on with the 3C - They don't answer the phone anymore. The 3C was once owned by my great aunt Elna and Bill Huggett. After Bill passed away Elna and Wilma had to sell the 3C and move to the C.O.D. Ranch down the hill. When we were kids we used to visit Elna at the C.O.D.
Getting married at The Historic 3C Ranch
The Historic 3C Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Historic 3C Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Historic 3C Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
