We selected this venue for our wedding and reception in mid-July and could not have been happier. Mary was our coordinator and was great at responding to our questions, as we were not from town. The venue space is beautiful and so different from every other wedding space we have been to in recent memory.
When we say we wouldn’t change our venue for anything—we truly mean it. From our first tour to packing up the day after the wedding, The Greenhouse at Bittersweet and its staff were absolutely amazing.
We hosted both our ceremony and reception at the Greenhouse at Bittersweet, and did the wedding weekend package and stayed at the farmhouse on the venue. We greatly appreciated the amount of help and guidance that the Greenhouse staff (Ann) gave us in both planning for and day of coordination of the wedding.
Let’s start with level of customer service we received. It was unprecedented. Not a single employee there that didn’t know everything about the party, there was no passing the buck or “I’ll have to check with the manager” they were constantly around to help, asked to pitch in and had a portion of the venue set up…
