From the reviews
Lovely patch of area for outdoor events. It's out in a rural location with poor reception and the inability to connect to the outside world at all. People in the nearby houses are very loud and disruptive towards events, but otherwise it's peaceful.
This is a really pretty place, right next to Pine Creek and well kept. I will say that it's better for smaller events. Otherwise, not everyone will be together - some will be upstairs, some down, some outside on the porch. Might be fine for a family reunion, but not as great for a large wedding reception.
Its very pretty, very nice. I personally did not rent the place, but i went to a wedding held here. It is not the largest of places, but it does have a nice look to them.
We had our wedding here on October 11th and it was wonderful! The scenery is beautiful, especially in the fall with the autumn leaves, the mountain backdrop, and the creek that runs behind the platform. Jess was a huge help and really went out of her way to make this significantly less stressful for us.
Getting married at The Creek Side Barn on Pine Creek
The Creek Side Barn on Pine Creek comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Creek Side Barn on Pine Creek
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Creek Side Barn on Pine Creek — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
