I recently was at The Covey for a styled shoot. It is such a wonderful venue nestled in the foothills of Colorado. The views are stunning. The lighting inside the venue is very soft and romantic. And the chandeliers, WOW! Janice and Lloyd are so genuine and friendly. There are so many photo ops on site too!
The Covey is an amazing wedding venue. It is an absolutely beautiful and stunning experience and views. The owners take incredible pride in both place they offer and the people they serve! You will not be disappointed!
The Covey is a great place to have a wedding. Janice and Lloyd are very nice and do a really good job running this business. Planning the wedding and setting things up the day of were seamless. Janice did a wonderful job with the flower centerpieces and really went above and beyond to make the venue beautiful for us.
Perfect, amazing and breath taking! The Covey was the perfect piece of the puzzle that made our special day SPECTACULAR! We wouldn't change a thing. The owners are by far the most generous and genuine humas to own a wedding venue and truely give their hearts 100% to the wedding. We wouldn't change a thing!
Getting married at The Covey
The Covey comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
