The Chicken Farm Art Center

The best San Angelo experience starts with a morning at the Chicken Farm. The 1st Saturday markets always have something I’ve been looking for or something the wife can’t live without. It’s our favorite little slice of heaven in Angelo.

A must visit place for all art lovers! The first Saturday of each month is an art and craft market from 9am to 5pm. All the art you can imagine from local artists. Onsite restaurant with two top notch chefs making delic dishes from 10-2pm. A visit you won't soon forget.

Very impressed and happy with this place. The room was very clean and super comfortable. I felt very safe, even staying alone one night. The manager was outstanding. She was very thoughtful, efficient and friendly. She anticipated my needs I didn’t even plan for (like leaving an umbrella by my door when it rained).

Great art community. I came during a quiet time, so only a few of the artists were there to open their studios. That being said, what I saw was great, and the artists were very friendly. From what I've been told, they have live music events and first Saturday events. I'm sure this place really comes alive.
