We had an intimate ~30 person reception at The Chateau in July and working with Whitney was an absolute dream. Not only is the venue and surrounding property breathtakingly gorgeous, but having our event there was *easy* from start to finish.
Having our wedding at The Chateau Event Center was a dream come true. It was a lot more affordable than most spots we looked at in Bozeman and in my opinion more beautiful. I loved being able to be outside for most of the evening.
We loved having our wedding here! Whitney was so helpful and communicated well. The Chateau is so beautiful inside and outside. Would recommend any brides in the area having their wedding here. One of the only non-barn venues in Bozeman. Also great quality for the price.
If you are looking for a sign to book a fall and/or brunch wedding at The Chateau-- this is it! We were a couple on a budget, and The Chateau provided very affordable weekday rates.
Getting married at The Chateau Event Center
The Chateau Event Center comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
