The owner was amazing , the cabins are absolutely gorgeous and the pavilion made for such a beautiful wedding for my daughter. Oh and the donkeys love the peppermints that are in the cabins.
We attended a wedding in town and this is where all the relatives and wedding party stayed. We didn't stay in the cabins. They have a couple of RV spots down by the river (but only 50 amp), so bring an adapter or have a 50 Amp plug in. Also, make sure you check if you'll fit.
I have stayed there for the 3rd time I just love the cabins . Brought friends that had never been to Natchitoches and Christmas lights we had a wonderful weekend. I’m so ready to go back . Thank you Andrea for being so kind on the phone with everything. Will be back soon . Love the Christmas lights on the Cabin
My fiancé took me to Horseshoe Hills Ranch for my 50th birthday last October . The cabin was very nice and everything I expected a ranch to have. The owners were very friendly. I’m actually looking for availability for November. This is an amazing place to stay.
Getting married at The Cabins of Horseshoe Hills Ranch
The Cabins of Horseshoe Hills Ranch comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Cabins of Horseshoe Hills Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Cabins of Horseshoe Hills Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
