From the reviews
We went for Winter lights and it was a lot of fun. The already beautiful property is decked out in it's holiday finest and it was full of people young and old enjoying the start of the holiday season
The place was very beautiful and well decorated for Winterlights event . Is a great place to spend 1 to 2 hours. They sell hot chocolate and ginger cookies!
Where to even begin- I wish we could get married at The Bradley Estate a million times over! We held our dream wedding there for 130 guests after planning it with Jessica Belanger from Fireside Catering for about 18 months. The Venue: Unbelievably beautiful, words barely do it justice.
I love photographing weddings at the Bradley Estate! It’s this tucked away little gem of a wedding venue. Eleanor Cabot Bradley lived there starting in 1945 and it’s now a Trustees property open to the public. They can accommodate 80 guests inside the mansion or 180 under the tent.
Getting married at The Bradley Estate
The Bradley Estate comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Bradley Estate
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Bradley Estate — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
