I just got married here last weekend and worked with the owner/coordinator for over a year and a half planning our special day. The communication was nothing short of exceptional and she made sure to do everything in her power to do so.
This is a very nice establishment, run by some absolutely wonderful people. It's a rustic setting for a wedding or special event, but with a commercial kitchen and modern bathroom facilities. The proprietors provide decorations but make the event personalized to the customer as much as possible.
pay NO mind to any recent negative reviews. I was in a wedding at The Barns this past weekend and not only is the venue beautiful, but the owners Anne and John are wonderful people. They helped through every step of the way and made sure it was a perfect day for the bride and groom.
I was a bridesmaid for a wedding on 10/8/22. The venue is on a private farm with plenty of acreage, creating a sense of isolation for the wedding party. This is beneficial if you are celebrating with a large group and want to be loud and celebrate exuberantly.
