My young Daughter, even younger Granddaughter (10 & 6) and i can take sleeping in a treehouse off our bucket lists! It is so whimsical, charming and magical (at night) with the lights allover including an area with several swings in a circle.
The Barns at Timber lake greatly exceeded our expectations. Our stay couldn’t have been better. The setting, our hosts, the breakfasts, the hospitality, the value for the price… all above and beyond terrific. Our family came to Kansas and Winfield for the 1st time to see where my dad grew up.
Attended a wedding here. Very rustic. The stairs and steps down to the place that they have ppl get married outside are pretty daunting. Could be easy for someone to slip and fall down the stairs. Hand rail is kind of large and unable to be gripped well.
Truly a hidden gem. I stayed here for a wedding, and hope to come back again. The hosts are so thoughtful and helped at every step of the day. Even when our bride's hairstylist was missing, they stepped in and tried to help find a new one. The venue itself is gorgeous and so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious too!
