From the reviews
If you are looking to have the most magical wedding, look no more. Here it is. First of all, the land that the venue sits on is stunning. 400-something acres of beautiful woodland and rolling hills make for amazing photo backdrops.
My husband and I picked to tour this venue last on our list as we knew we were going to fall in love with it, and that is exactly what happened from the moment we stepped out of our car and saw first hand just how jaw-dropping beautiful this place was.
Words alone cannot express how pleased we are with our decision to book our daughter’s wedding at The Barn at Stoney Hills. We had numerous people share with us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. And then they would add, “And this venue! Gorgeous!
Don’t wear heels, it’s a long walk to the ceremony site from parking. Mine broke on the way to the reception area. 😩 Also, there’s not much for signage pointing to the quicker way; take the grass not the gravel, but only if you can do steep hills. Beautiful spot though!
Getting married at The Barn at Stoney Hills
The Barn at Stoney Hills comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
