Very Nice Venue. Adorable country decor and affordable. Unfortunately it's difficult to get to. No lodging in close proximity. Not good for crowds over 120. Small outdoor area (if it rains). Make sure you know ALL the rules prior to booking. They are very specific with how to do things.
What a beautiful location for an event. The Barn is a family owned business that provides you with everything you need. Beautiful location, great people and wonderful facilities for your guest. If you’re looking for a venue for an event, this is the place.
I have to say, if you're considering The Barn at Oleander don't hesitate. They are amazing. I hosted my Grandmothers surprise 80th birthday party here, they were amazing. From start to finish. Erin was my main contact, she couldn't be sweeter, had great ideas, and was so helpful throughout the process.
Our daughter got married yesterday at The Barn at Oleander and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Joe and Erin made us feel like family. We planned this wedding in just 3 months, and they were incredibly helpful, encouraging, and accommodating every step of the way.
