I got married there yesterday, and it was BEAUTIFUL! we did a branding ceremony with the fire pit, and the guests all had the best time and said it was the best wedding they’ve been to in a while! everything is very original and kept in the best condition.
Absolutely loved hosting my dad’s surprise 50th birthday party at The Barn at Olde Homeplace! Mrs. Mary Sue, the owner, is an absolute delight to work with — so accommodating and kind. This is hands down the most affordable and relaxed venue in Statesboro, and our entire experience was seamless.

Cannot recommend The Barn at Olde Homeplace enough. It is owned by the sweetest woman who welcomes everyone with open arms. She is so attentive and easy to communicate with. The venue and ground are always taken care of. Perfect for events, weddings, photo shoots, gatherings and much more!
