From the reviews
Have heard a lot about the place. This was my first time there, for one of my boys wedding. Was very nice, enjoyed self completely. Beautiful place!!!!!
The Barn at Murphy Farm is a reasonably priced wedding venue. The building is fairly new and has two large bathroom facilities for guest. The barn has separate rooms for the bride and groom to change and unwind before the event. The facility has a large area with chairs and tables to accommodate a large wedding party.
Elizabeth and Joseph are an absolute delight to work with! They went above and beyond to make our day as smooth as possible. Their venue is gorgeous and we loved the versatility of being able to have a creek side ceremony and the reception in the barn.
My daughter had her wedding here in the fall of 2023 and it was beautiful!! Elizabeth and Joseph are both very kind and accommodating. The guests at the wedding kept saying how beautiful everything was!
Getting married at The Barn at Murphey Farm
The Barn at Murphey Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
