Wanda and Daphne nailed the Wedding on 9/23/17. Rain came minutes before the ceremony and they quickly cleaner the seats for the guests and created an atmosphere of calmness. From there the reception went off without issues. They are easy to work with, very friendly, attentive and the Venue is beautiful!!
This venue is absolutely gorgeous in person! We fell in love and knew it was the right place for us. Our wedding was November 16th. Everything is ran so smoothly and it really takes the worry out of it for the bride and groom. From decorating to coordinating, they do it all. Would recommend them to everyone!
My daughter found The Barn at Dunn Manor. Being the mother of the bride, I was very impressed the the venue. With everything they provided...coordinator, servers, bartender, all the decorations for the tables, ceremony, etc. They were a pleasure to work with from the planning to the big day.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
