I’ve visited this establishment for dinner quite a few times, and have never been disappointed! Food, and service is always great! Valet parking makes your visit efficient and easy! The wait time has never been longer than 25 minutes.
The Attic at Waterman’s was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding and I could not have asked for a better venue and staff. From the time I submitted my inquiry and spoke with Courtney about booking up until the very last minute of our wedding day (and even after) everything was completely fantastic.
The Attic was the place to host our rehearsal dinner! It’s provided a great view for our out of town guests who don’t get to see the ocean everyday as well as a beautiful ambiance indoors. The food was fantastic along with the service.
Beautiful venue, so excited to be getting married here in November. With all of the wood decor, decorations are hardly necessary. Their event coordinator is so sweet and quick to respond in comparison. She's been very accommodating as well to work with my fiance's and my hectic schedules.

The Attic at Waterman's comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
