What couples say again and again
“Beautiful place to have a wedding, they were even on standby when the power went out with generators in case it wasn't gonna come back on the morning of the wedding.”
From the reviews
My daughter got married this past weekend at The Acres, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue. The property is absolutely beautiful and truly speaks for itself. Rhonda and her team are simply amazing.
What a fantastic venue! Out in the country... beautiful! Big and open, and the decor makes you relax immediately. The family that owns and runs the place are absolutely wonderful! Our kind of folks! If you need a great venue for pretty much any kind of gathering, you should consider this place right up front.
Had our daughters wedding there...the only thing I can say negative is the cat and dogs. One of the dogs went in a pee'd all over the floor and I had to clean it up. The cat jumped in my daughters car she's highly allergic and everyone else's car that it could get into..
Great spot for my son's baby shower. Beautiful, remote setting. Great folks that will take great care with your special event. Amazing venue for your wedding, reception, shower, party, etc.
Getting married at The Acres
The Acres comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
