I went here for a bridal expo on Sunday. It was a nice place with nice people. The quotes seem to be really good and the location is nice. However, I have not used the place, so I cannot speak to longer-term questions, like "How well do the staff work with you?".
Michelle booked me a month before my wedding because my venue got flooded out. She was incredible getting everything set up, and even helped coordinate with the people that we rented chairs and tables from! She saved the day, and was an absolute joy to work with.
My husband and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary here on January 20th 2023. I can not say enough about this unexpected beautiful venue. I urge anyone who has a special event to host/celebrate to check The Swan House out. P. S. The venue comes with Savannah a real beauty of a Swan 🦢
