This is a really nice place for a small wedding, but it's pretty far from civilization. The venue itself is very clean and well kept, but it's missing some amenities for a larger wedding (50+).
Our wedding services company Complete Entertainment Wedding Productions provided Planning, Directing, and DJ/MC services for a rehearsal, ceremony, and reception at this charming venue. The day was hot, but with the doors closed on the venue - it stayed a very comfortable temperature and humidity level inside.
This place is absolutely stunning. We were lucky to get an April cancellation. The place doesn’t need much decorating, the lights that are there are tasteful and elegant. It’s plenty spacious but even with our quaint wedding of about 40 people, it still felt cozy and warm. Jay and Amy are such a treat to work with.
This wedding was so very easy for me (the mom). Sunset Farms took the work out of my daughter's big day and let us just enjoy our time there. I really could not be more pleased. The location is beautiful and the food was wonderful! If you want to have a "I will never forget this wonderful wedding" experience - go here!
Getting married at Sunset Farm
Sunset Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
