We hosted our daughter's wedding reception at Sun Valley Barn on December 22, 22 in the middle of a literal blizzard. Angie was so wonderful and helpful through all of our worries and concerns! She and her workers were helpful and considerate as we set up and prepared.
Sun Valley Barn was beautiful, and had several amenities other venues did not have. We were thrilled with the day, and delighted to have spent it at Sun Valley Barn!

The Well in Pella hosted our 2022 Imagine Gala at Sun Valley Barn and were so incredibly grateful to hold it in such a beautiful venue in town! Angie was lovely and accommodating to the schedules of our planning team, as we met in the space several times up until our event was held.
Getting married at Sun Valley Barn
Sun Valley Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
