I had a good ole time picking apples and things at the farm..my daughter and little grandson made a day out of it when some friends were found to be there too! Apple pie a la mode yummy! The best with fresh apples! I love this kind of thing!
We went last weekend and drove the hour and a half ago yesterday from Long Beach. It was well worth the trip with all the scenery. There are so many farms to choose from once you get to Oak Glen Road. We picked apples with our hands as well as using an apple picker. The apples were crisp and smelled wonderful.
This will be our 2nd time coming to pick our own apples and making our own apple cider. It has been a great experience to share with my family, from picking our own apples to shredding them and then pressing them to make our own cider. Price per pound is currently $3 dlls a pound for apples.
Great farm! Lots of apples to choose from and such a friendly guy! Would definitely visit again.
